Shira Mandell
Founder & CEO
Hi!
I’m Shira Mandell, founder of Pivot Point Sports PR.
I started this company because I saw way too many athletes being thrown into the spotlight without the tools to handle it. You’ve got the talent, the drive, the story, but nobody’s ever taught you how to talk about it, let alone how to protect it.
That’s where I come in.
With a background in PR and brand management, I’ve worked with athletes and creators to help them find their voice, build their brand, to help them find their voice, build their brand, and step into every opportunity with confidence. I launched Pivot Point to bring that same support to student-athletes because I believe your story deserves to be told with purpose.
I’ve worked in locker rooms, sat in media rooms, and been behind the scenes on big campaigns. I know what it feels like to be thrown in the deep end. And I know how powerful it is when you feel prepared, confident, and in control of your story.
